Chris McComic serves as Vesta Pacific Development’s Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Construction.
Chris McComic has more than 23 years of homebuilding experience. From 2005 to 2011 as Senior Vice President of Operations and Construction for Trans West Housing, he led the construction, development and operations of numerous residential subdivision projects. This included directing field operations and construction, as well as purchasing and warranty service for all Trans West Housing projects. As Vice President of Construction of Trans West Housing from 1999 until 2005, McComic directed field and construction staff for the company’s projects in San Diego and San Bernardino counties. From 1997 to 1999 as a Superintendent for Trans West, Chris managed on-site construction and warranty operations for the company’s developments. Chris began his career in the homebuilding business in 1994 as an Assistant Superintendent and Warranty Representative for Trans West Housing. In this role, he worked with field superintendents in all areas of construction and customer service for Trans West’s projects. Mr. McComic holds a California Class B General Contractors license. He earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Memphis and a Master’s degree from National University. Additionally, he has completed the University of San Diego Burnham-Moores School of Real Estate’s Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development program. McComic is a member of the San Diego Building Industry Association. |
